TraSeable Solutions Pte Ltd is a Fijian tech start-up that supports global seafood sustainability through a blockchain-ready software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for seafood traceability that fosters collaboration between stakeholders, leverages and integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and facilitates transparency by providing regulators with the means of verifying and validating end-to-end forward and backward traceability of seafood products.

Ken is an ICT professional with over a decade of Pacific regional experience in leadership, advisory, and technical roles specialising in enterprise Management Information Systems (MIS). Recently, he spent five and half (5.5) years in a technical role with the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) leading a lot of the regional efforts in digitising processes and building information systems for fisheries administrations in the Pacific.

Shauna’s experience is in Monitoring, Control, and Surveillance (MCS) for Offshore fisheries. Upon completing her Bachelor of Science in Marine Science degree at the University of the South Pacific (USP) she returned home to Samoa where she worked as a Fisheries Compliance officer for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
Leba holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marine Affairs and Geography from USP, Fiji. Her educational background has familiarised her with marine related legislation and policies. Before joining our team, Leba was a Technical Assistant with the Marine and Coastal Biodiversity Management in Pacific Island Countries (MACBIO) project where she spent most of her time working with coastal communities and their traditional fishing grounds, and identifying their best practiced fisheries management plans that could be replicated in other coastal communities.
Steven spent a large part of his life in and on the waters of Fiji, where childhood curiosity developed into an affinity for the ocean. He has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from USP, Fiji and a Master of Science in International Studies in Aquatic Tropical Ecology (ISATEC) from the University of Bremen, Germany. Steven has worked as a coastal fisheries consultant for the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF), Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), and Gillett, Preston, and Associates.
Growing up on a small island, Jasha was exposed to and witnessed firsthand the adverse effects on mismanaged and unmanaged marine environments, driving him towards a career in marine sciencenand management. Jasha has been working predominantly with coastal fisheries management, wherehe has worked for organisations such as the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) in a bid to support sustainable coastal economies and livelihoods of Pacific Island Countries.
