AI for Software Engineers
Full-Cycle Development with Claude Code
An intensive, hands-on programme for practising developers and IT teams. Working in pairs on their own project idea, participants build a complete full-stack application — a Laravel web backend and a companion Ionic mobile app — using Claude Code, guided by a facilitator building live alongside the room.

Set up, configure, and work with an agentic coding assistant as part of a professional engineering workflow.
Build a Laravel web app & API
Turn an idea into a spec, then scaffold and build a Laravel backend and REST API with AI assistance.
Build a companion mobile app
Create a cross-platform Ionic app that authenticates against and consumes the Laravel API, including a native device feature.
Test, debug & version-control
Write and run automated tests, debug effectively, and use Git in an AI-assisted workflow.
Review AI-generated code responsibly
Apply professional judgement to secure and verify AI-generated code to government accountability and security standards.
